How can I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select your book or product, choose specifications, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make changes.
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. You'll see the current status of each order along with tracking information if available.

Delivery Information
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges of ₹50 apply. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times may be longer during sale seasons or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international locations soon.
What if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest delivery center for 3 days. You'll receive an SMS with pickup details.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Books must be in resalable condition without any markings.
How do I request a return?
Login to your account, go to "My Orders", select the product, and click on "Request Return". Fill out the return form and our team will process your request within 24 hours.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, we offer exchanges for damaged or defective books, subject to availability. You can request an exchange through the same process as returns.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, personalized stationery and marked books cannot be returned. Digital products and downloadable content are also non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order status changes to "Shipped", cancellations are not possible. You can check your order status in "My Orders".
How do I cancel my order?
Login to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel Order" button. If the button is not available, it means your order has already been processed for shipping.
Will I get a refund for my cancelled order?
Yes, if your order is cancelled successfully, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
What if my order has already been shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery when it arrives, and the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we'll process your refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via secure encrypted gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned product or approve your cancellation request. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
Can I get a refund to a different account?
No, refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase as per RBI guidelines.

Do you have educational books and notes?
Yes, we specialize in educational books, notes, and study materials for various courses and competitive exams. We also offer notebooks, stationery, and educational gifts.
Are the books new or used?
We primarily sell new books. However, we do have a section for pre-owned books in good condition, which are clearly marked and priced accordingly.
Do you offer custom notebooks or stationery?
Yes, we offer custom printing services for notebooks and select stationery items. Please contact our customer support for custom orders and pricing.
